  The customer service at this store has just been dismal too many times. Kid to Kid is already a store that you have to be very careful with, as returns are nearly impossible and you can quite frequently end up stuck with items that don’t fit if you're not cautious. So add to that the numerous negative experiences with employees, and I have had to finally decide I’m done with this store. I am not one to ever leave negative reviews, but I’ve been disappointed one too many times with this location. If you’re going to shop here, just be aware of what you’re getting. I’d just assume go to Target and pay the same price for better clothing 😉

  I've had a wonderful experience with Kid to Kid in Bedford, TX. They almost always have what I'm looking for, and they are the first place I go looking! I just recently found an Easter dress for a bargain I couldn't refuse. I've bought, sold, and donated at this location and I've been met with consistent and excellent customer service each time.

  Usually ignore these types of situations but today the employees on this store truly made me feel DISCRIMINATED and unappreciated as a loyal customer. We had a Terrible experience shopping today at their fill-up a bag day. People are NOT treated equally at this store so watch out if you are Hispanic "YOU ARE ARE GOING TO GET THE STINK EYE IN HERE". Only selected costumers got a chance to enjoy this sale by getting a bigger bag at the same price as the smaller size bag that we bought. Once we brought our observation to the employees they apologized by saying that they made a mistake with the size of the bags earlier and that their employees were training. Then, another employee came up and said that we did not have to buy anything in the store if we didn't want to. VERY RUDE ATTITUDE! I ignore such childish comment and proceed with my shopping. Once I approach the register to pay, had another employee giggling in my face because my bag was too full?? It was one thing after another, I personally saw several customers ahead of myself taking multiple bags filled all the way up. Now, not only they are not treating their customers fair and equal they kept bringing up rules about something that as supposed to be a great sale. The sale was on ticketed items which is exactly what we got but yet the cashier didn't even know which tickets were the ones on the sale. I will be filing a formal complaint to the owner and hope this situation does not arise again to another Hispanic customer.

  Store was very clean and organized. Selection on items I needed was pretty good and prices were fair. One of the workers was very helpful with checking to see if toys worked before I purchased and helping me to my car in the rain. Other employees were not very engaging or friendly, but assuming they just weren't having a good morning. Overall I would go back but the lack of warmth in employees was unfortunate. Our family owned a children's resale shop for 14 years and I've seen the value in welcoming customers, letting them know the sales going on and how to navigate the sales tags etc. it works wonders for sales.
