  I have all positive things to say about Kick Fit I started out on a Groupon but after the first day I was hooked, I even signed up for a membership! The classes give you a REALLY good workout but they are also REALLY fun and I could not ask for a better staff. They push you to do you very best because they want you to succeed. Though they are whipping you into shape they are still SO friendly and make you feel so welcome. They have known my name since the first day and always greet me with it when I come to class. This class is good for all skill levels and the staff pay special attention to the beginners. There are also a number of different class times and they even have late classes.

  I have been kickboxing for over 2 years and training with Joe for a year. He is by far one of the strongest, motivational trainers I have ever had the pleasure to train with...He has a wealth of fitness and nutritional knowledge and his workouts are challenging. The gym is clean and comfortable and the people are awesome!!! I love being a part of the Kick Fit Family.

  I most definitely feel that by choosing kick fit, i have made the best fitness choice for my self. I have tried gym, but after working long hours there is no motivation to go to gym. joined in November 2016, and i already feel the difference. Lost inches, feel toned, stronger, and still have lot more energy to keep up with daily routine and work. I totally love the experience and the coaches are amazing. Its a positive motivational environment. definitely recommend to try kick fit, where we get stronger and make new friends and be a part of kick fit family.

  it's a great place to get fit! tough workouts to get u not only bigger and stronger but more agile. also, a wry friendly environment. i greatly enjoy all the times i have been there and totally recommend it for anybody who's in need to get fit
