  Spent 2 Hrs X 3 Sessions + Hosted a Women's Self Defense Class On-site. Kharma Life Center is an awesome venue and everyone who works there is joy to work with - anytime. Owners, staff and patrons are in sync and love a holistic lifestyle. Anyone who wants to make a change and have a community of caring experts to support them; this is the place for you.

  Nice calm and small studio. The classes are not too packed, and the teachers are all very helpful in guiding technique. I love the variety of classes and wealth of service options they offer. Definitely worth a stop. Restorative Yoga on Sundays is the perfect wind down before the busy week, and Yoga Nidra on Wednesday sometimes is just what I need to push me through the week. They're not too hippy dippy and I feel like I leave each class with something I wanted, and something I didn't even know I wanted.

  I think this place is amazing. The teachers are incredibly intuitive, the facility is really nice, the prices are extremely reasonable and the level of classes vary wildly. This allows people like me to start in the beginner classes and work my way up to something more difficult. I would highly recommend Kharma Life Center.
