  I telephoned your office today and pressed "0" to speak with your customer service. I identified who I was and that I was calling on behalf of a certificate holder in regards to one of your clients. Before I could even say your clients name I was screamed at by your customer service lady to "Contact the Insured"!! In the background I could here someone laughing as I tried to speak again to let her know what I was calling about. I have never been treated so disrespectful and rude in my life. What kind of a place is this? Your website profile page states "A Professional Agency with a personal service". Wow, what a joke!! You don't even deserve a one star review!
