  Chicken was hard and dry Mack and Cheese was fare mashed potatoes was good service was fair

  The customer was way better than in the past experiences. The manager is very nice and all the workers are very helpful in helping you decide the best affordable meal choice for your family. The only bad thing about this location is they don't have grill chicken available.

  I bought some chicken late one night. It was the worst i ever had from any kfc. It barely had crust no flavor and when i brought the receipt back with my complaint the manager told me that he didn't believe me walked away and started taking drive thru orders.oh yea this was the one at 465 Washington in dorchester very rude foreign manager take my business elsewhere i was forced to enter 1 star

  I ordered a 3 piece chicken only/original, I was given a small drumstick and 2 thighs. No biscuit. The chicken didn't taste like Kentucky Fried Chicken's trademark flavor. I cannot recommend this store.
