  The establishment was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was hot and well cooked.

  Spoke to a Connie who said she was the store manager....I called on the 19th that my chicken I ordered was over cooked. I called today because nobody called me back....Connie was absolutely rude to me and made me feel like a liar. Terrible customer service and I will be writing corporate.

  The staff here are awesome! Food is made quick even though it is fast food, they don't miss a beat. Only been here four times but I can see my self going here more since every one that works there make it a positive experience.

  Just gotta hit KFC when we're able. Don't have it in Juneau anymore. They are patient and understanding when we have to take a little longer to order :)

  My food was cold and contained two large black hairs, approximately 8 inches each. The six piece chicken tenders contained 5, extremely small, tenders. How hard is it to count to 6? It’s fast food, I get it. But, there are quality standards. Customers beware!
