  My last 2 visits have been awful. I like original recipe and it seems to have been recooked, very dry and old chicken. It has been fine until recently. Three strikes and your out!! I'll give them one more try, (not anytime soon) then I'll be done with this location

  If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. We went to this KFC and the staff at the counter was rude the chicken was so burnt none of my family could eat it. My family spent the day at the Sacramento zoo and being from Redding we don't have a KFC anymore so they really wanted some. When we all sat down and started to eat our delight turned into disappointment. If your thinking of visiting this KFC I recommend you don't. It was terrible.

  Good wifi signal saves some stars. Staff friendly enough, willing to help. But lack of staff makes it difficult to be attentive enough. Chicken is dry & hard, feels like over-night re-cooked. To KFC in general, pls bring back corn on cob. Stop forcing biscuit scones in the purchase, very few people likes them what's the point??

  I love this KFC! It's so clean and the staff are respectable and give fast service, I am definitely coming back here and recommending friends! 🤣😋❤️🍗

  My sister and I stopped here for dinner after being in the hospital all week caring for my nephew. The place was empty, no customers at all. There's no drive thru so they weren't serving customers. The entire place was disgusting. And not just from a single day of service. It was built up grime on every surface, the doors, the handles, the trash can, the soda fountain, the tables. There was no clean surface for us to sit and they didn't clean a table for us even after watching me get napkins and running under water from the soda fountain area to wipe down a surface. Then they didn't offer half their menu because it was an hour before closing time. So their most popular menu items were not available for order. When our order was ready the employee at the register just hollered, "Hey girls!" I was so disgusted. I will not return. I also did not feel safe in the parking lot as it is behind the establishment and very secluded.
