  The most horrible customer service I've ever had. With a mix up on how many sandwich were ordered. I asked at the window if I could just order another. No one was behind me. She said no, I will have to go through the drive through again. I asked why , there is no one behind me. Didn't matter, if I wanted to buy another item I had to drive around the building again. This reminded me why Its been years since I've eaten there, and why I won't again

  What is wrong with this companies here In AZ making a lot of money and they cant put some napkins and some utensils to eat. Im not an animal to eat with my hands. Why isnt managers addressing this issue? After drive thru we may want to stop somewhere and not go directly home so im missing wich is supposed to be part of a take out order UTENSILS.

  Manager Cynthia was very polite and made sure my order was hot and juicy when it was ready. I'll definitely continue to return to this exact location. The dinning area was well kept and the drinks were a great selection to choose from.

  Customer service is merely ok... whenever I go there, it's always something.... the debt/credit machine is broken, they are "sold out" of whatever I order (pot pies, chicken sandwich, etc.) Or there is an insane 35 minute wait, cause they had to cook more chicken. This KFC is a bust in my opinion... just go up to the churches on Indian school. Save yourself the trouble.

  The best part of this experience was the staff. Even training somebody, you can see they are genuinely good people by how they treated each other. Robert is always awesome. Cynthia is not only beautiful on the outside but the inside as well. Thanks for being nice, guys!
