::Burnt, dry, dirty grease chicken. Fries were dreadful because once again the grease was dirty !!! The biscuit was powdery for some odd reason. It crumbed in your mouth. The one star is for the drink I received. Best part of the whole meal. Why is this place open?

::We ordered two of the 5 piece tenders and for the sides mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The third order was the hot chicken sandwich meal with french fries. The tenders were crispy and juicy. The Mac and cheese was delicious. The chicken sandwich was very good. It was crispy and juicy and it also had a good kick to the hot sauce. Very good! I think our cashier's name was Elaine. She was very friendly and helpful, and so was the manager.

::We went through drive thru, paid, then proceeded to wait for at least 10 minutes while 2 cars behind us got orders. Had to ask when worker came out to deliver food to person behind us if ours was almost ready. She then asked what we ordered and had to basically reorder and then when it was finally delivered five minutes later I had to go in because part of order was missing.

::I've only been to this location 3 times. First time I had no issues. Food was about what I expect from KFC. The second time they were not open for lunch due to staffing issues. Third time the dining room was closed so I went to the drive thru. I assumed they were open because there was a car in the parking lot and a lady was outside on her phone. There was a piece of paper taped to the menu but it was so windy I couldn't read it. I guess maybe they were closed for lunch again since no one took my order. It would be nice if they had an open sign that lights up, or one that says drive thru is open that I can see from the road. On the plus side, plenty of room to do a u-turn in the parking lot.

::We got the 8 piece bucket called Side Lovers Comes with 8 pieces of deep fried chicken (OG or extra crispy), 4 biscuits, and 3 large sides. We got mashed potatoes with gravy, Macaroni and cheese and French fries. Everything was really good- juicy chicken with a good variety of pieces, fluffy biscuits and crispy fries! A good price to feed the whole family!
