  Convenient, easy and quick! Edit: Unfortunately, it turns out that my copy doesn't work either. It's a residential key. I haven't yet contacted them. Hopefully, I'll get the same offer, especially a full refund, that was given to Sumanth above. Update: I was offered a free coupon to use at any kiosk to try again to get a working key copy, to have their key experts review my key scan and cut the key in their office and send to me free of charge, or a refund to my bank account. I almost tried one of the first two options, but decided to get a refund to save time. The Customer Support Team member who took my case was great and was prompt in replying to my email message about the problem.

  Convenient, easy, key works fine although it's a little rough. Nice to be able to get a key on a Sunday evening instead of waiting for something to open on Monday during work

  The duplicate doesn't work. That's 7$ down the drain. Edit: They responded quickly to my feedback and gave me the option of trying again or a full refund. I picked the latter option but if I ever need to get another copy, I'll try here first. It's really quick and easy, and I'm inclined to believe that it probably works more often than not.

  Rip off and misleading -Just try to copy a key for my front door, it's a common lock by Schlage . First they ask $5.99 for each copy when everywhere else (lows ,home-depot,etc. ) its about 2$. 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE ! then the machine say: "THIS LESS COMMON KEY NOT CARRY BY LOCAL LOCKSMITH" that's a jock, and misleading -this is one of the most common key that carry by any hardware store and by any locksmith -they want to ship it to my house ?! really ?
