::Unfortunately the service here was painfully slow. The teller was so slow that it made clerks at the DMV look like race car drivers. Not good if you need to handle banking related business on your lunch break. I'll have to research other options before I return to this location.

::Randy the branch manager here is hands down the best bank employee I have ever dealt with. He helped me set up a few business accounts and made it the easiest process I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Randy!!!

::There is a very big lack of customer service at this branch. I opened a new checking account with a bonus after direct deposit was set up. The money should’ve been direct deposited in January this year I called the branch five times and they always told me someone would call me back and has never happened or been resolved. I then called the branch manager three-four times now and he said he’ll get it handled and does absolutely nothing. It’s $600 you’re supposed to give to me, I would tell anybody that opens up a new account here with any kind of bonus or even if there’s no bonus to take your money into a different bank than key. Biggest joke I’ve ever seen. I guess it’s time to reach out to the person above the branch manager because he absolutely does not follow through on anything that he says he’s going to. Would think three-four times talking to me on the phone would be enough. So sad and frustrating. Response see and need a email address to send the case number to please.

::Horrible experience. My cash deposit got jammed in there ATM and when I went in about it they said it'd be 24-48 hrs for them to audit the ATM. I used to work at a bank and all they had to do was check the jam and give me the money after asking me some questions to verify that it's mine. They didn't give me my ATM receipts back they had my money in there hand and said he'd have to look up the procedure. I still don't have my money in my account.

::How bad can a bank be? I didn’t think it could be that bad. I didn’t check hours before I set up account. Locations close at 5pm so no after work banking. Then I went at lunch and was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no one in line because of their “required process” of holding funds on new accounts makes you feel like pond scum. They have to explain it to you then they have to make a big deal about going through the process of holding the money because it requires a managers signature. If it’s required, it shouldn’t need to be such a process. Treat your new customers like criminals doesn’t make them want to stay.
