  This place sucks , the fact they would cash a check made out by keybank is just horrendous lack of customers service. Then they gave plenty of none viable reason why they couldn't cash it. What a joke . I would never open an account at this branch, nor would I open a keybank account. Beware people this banks robs you blind .

  In general a good bank, friendly staff, but wait time is horrible. Expect minimum of 20 minutes to wait in line, most of the time.

  Free checking, in general they have good customer service, but can still improve it.
