  I agree with another reviewer that bank fees can be downright unfair, especially for younger customers, but Key Bank I must say has some amazing rates on mortgages, unsecured lines of credit and secured lines of credit. Because of these great products I have been able to purchase property and run my business much more efficiently. Both times that I have worked with the First Hill Key Bank branch on a loan they have been very prompt in preparing and processing my loan as well as accommodating to my schedule and needs. I have banked with other banks in the past (and still do) that are very slow and disorganized by comparison.
