::I use Internet banking so I signed over a check to my step son to deposit in his account. He came back and told me they wouldn't do it unless I came down there with my ID. So we drove all the way down there and the Spanish punk manager says its there policy not to except third party checks. I said look man show me your policy of course he couldn't come up with it. I told him look deposit it put a hold on it for 2 weeks o don't need the cash he still refused I'm pretty sure it was because we are minorities. Lying ass trash bank take your business elsewhere or use Internet banking.

::I just waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a simple deposit! The account number was given and everything. It should of taken 2 minutes! I had to leave without my receipt as I was late for a Dr. appointment. Get it together tellers!

::Aweful service, every time I come. As we speak, I'm siting at the drive through, and have been waiting for 30 minutes behind the car in front of me. And not like a "I'm angry it's taking so long, this 5 minutes feels like 30" kind of 30 minutes, but thirty minutes as in "I got here at 4:07, and it's 4:40" now. Still haven't been helped. I hope they know that the longer it takes them, the more time I'm going to be able to spend on this review. The only reason I use this bank is because my company requires it. Last week I pulled up to the drive through. The light above said "open". So I pulled up, and put my deposit in the tube. 15 minutes later someone comes on the speaker and says "Sorry, but we're closed." Maybe turn off the open sign then? Or at least don't wait 15 minutes before you tell me you're closed. The time before that, the drive through was closed entirely. Which wouldn't be bad, except there is no parking. Ever. Anywhere. And if you do by chance make it in to the parking lot, you're going to get stuck behind and between cars. I really hope I can switch banks. Quickly.
