  I opened an account with KeyBank 5 years ago, when I was 16. For about 4.5 of those 5 years, I never had a problem with my account, and in that entire span of time I had 1 overdraft fee. Now, since March, I have had 7 overdraft fees totalling over $250. They have changed the way they process transactions, so that basically they can screw you over as much as they can. On 6 of those 7 transactions, my acct. history shows that my balance had never been in the red. I am so angry with this place. I am a student working a part-time job, and any amount of money I can save up is a blessing and going towards my survival after graduation. I feel like all of my hard work is being robbed from me. I'm switching banks.
