  This is a scam operation where they are making money by hiring a disreputable towing company to boot your car.

  This place is a complete joke and oversees a parking scam. Beware if you are in the Starbucks parking lot. I parked in an Unmarked spot-there was no visible no parking sign and in the two minutes I went into Starbucks had a boot in my car and had to pay $75 plus an additional ten percent because I didn't have cash. I plan on taking it up with the city as it needs to be investigated and I'm clearly not the only one who has experienced this. Their "parking signs" are randomly dispersed through the lot, are not placed in every spot, cannot be seen from certain spots, are misleading and unclear and someone needs to take action.

  Key Man does not actually do anything. Their entire business operates through taking a cut of the predatory towing revenue that Untied Towing rakes in everyday. An absolute scam which has been occurring for years that the city needs to put an end to once and for all.

  This business practices predatory and unethical parking practices and does a great job of deceiving people into parking in spaces and then extorts people through the use of a tow company, United Towing, who basically trolls their properties 24/7 waiting for people to park in the area. The guy told me they put on 20 boots a day - A DAY!!! obviously deceiving if that many people are parking there. BEWARE SHADY COMPANY

  The Key Man Building practices predatory parking enforcement! They have nothing better to do than to stand outside their building and call the towing company on cars that have been parked there for just minutes! Never rent from them, as they'll surely tow or boot your own clients!
