::Its a freezing night in Rosedale NY and this plumbing/heating company knowingly did not honor a no heat call. I called multiple times throughout the day and they confirmed numerous times,and at 9pm they call and canceled. I explained that the people who live in this house have small children and an elderly man who just had open heart surgery..Still nothing...Stay away from this company,they are unethical and heartless
