  Walked in looking for a new quote on my auto insurance and to see what options State Farm compared to my current career at the time. Turned out to be the best experience with an insurance company I've had. Angela took a lot of time pulling up quotes and getting to know me. The auto insurance price only came down a few dollars, but the good customer service and additional coverage the insurance policy now covered more than made up for it.

  I made a switch from Geico and purchased a 6 month policy in full. This office began peppering me with emails and bombarding me with phone calls about coming in to "take advantage of other discounts". They want to upsell - I know that game. But I made an appointment and missed it because I unexpectedly had to go out of town for work. I then get an email claiming that they can't find prior proof of insurance and that I need to bring it in. This is either A) a blatant lie or B) a showing of incompetency. I emailed the rep, Angela, a copy of my Geico ID card and just got off the phone with her. She is claiming that this sort of thing regularly happens in insurance - which is a lie. I will ride out the 6 month and never look back. I suggest you look elsewhere for your insurance.

  Every time I come into the office, Kenya and her team always great me with a warm welcome. They go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Great service in Kenya’s agency!

  Life moves pretty fast and the months of countdown to the delivery of our first child have turned to any day now. Frantically searching for a place to ensure that I installed the car seat correctly has been at the top of my mind. With most if not all certified locations not holding their next inspection event until after our daughter would be born was disappointing. Then I was referred to Agent Kenya Zambrano after learning that she was not only a State Farm Agent but a Certified Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Technician through the National Child Passenger Safety Certification Training Program. As a State Farm customer, I was thrilled because I knew it was a name that I not only trusted, but new the level of professional expertise would surpass anyone's level of expectation. Upon arriving, I was met with a warm welcome by her team members. While waiting shortly I noticed a short video on the tv about the arrival of babies and the importance of life insurance. I knew I was in the right place and the overall welfare of my needs would be taken care of through personalized service. Kenya took the time out of her busy day to educate us on child safety and to instruct us on the proper installation of the car seat. For all of those who think insurance is a transaction, I've got to let you in on a little secret...it is not. Take the time to meet with an agent who truly cares about you. Thank you for a remarkable experience and providing peace of mind for our family!

  Customer service is always great, quick follow ups and professional staff. New office is beautiful and the team was very welcoming. Five star!
