::Kenny's Cleaners ruined my favorite blazer I was getting cleaned for an interview and would not take responsibility for it. This was my first (and now last) time coming here because of the great reviews I read. The blazer's tag says "Dry Clean Only" so I figured it'd be in good hands. It is normal material on the body of the blazer with a leather collar that is completely ruined (see pictures). When I picked up my clothes, the employee who helped me told me "since the tag says Dry Clean Only, that is our insurance and this is not our fault" and never offered a refund even after I asked to be compensated for it but told me to come back to talk to a manager if I wanted. I went back and talked to someone else (Kenny was never there when I went in) who reiterated that "since the tag says Dry Clean Only, that is our insurance and this is not our fault". After several minutes of talking, I said that at a minimum they should refund the cleaning and she agreed "this one time". I will never come back here because of the horrendous customer service and will tell all of my coworkers and friends to not come here as well. It was a $5 cleaning that if offered initially, would have gone a long way for my perception of them. I understand mistakes happen, so as a company you should offer to make it right as best you can and not argue with me about it when I trusted you to do your job and you ruined an article of clothing.

::Kenny's Cleaners has successfully removed intense stains from numerous pieces of clothing of mine. They turn things around very quickly, and the prices are incredibly hard to beat!

::I don't know Kenny, but I do know that we moved into town and needed a good dry cleaner. One of the things that everyone's gotta have is someone to do your dirty work! [get it?] Anyway; the first thing I noticed was that I was greeted by a nice guy. He had the best customer service, and discounted my jackets because it was my first time! Sweet. They did an awesome job on our nice [expensive] jackets, and we'll definitely keep going back for anything of the sort we need. Looking forward to doing business here for a long time to come.
