  I ordered 4 jackets it took 3 weeks from date of purchase to date of delivery. Then, at this time I only received 1 jacket which was the wrong size. When I asked Kenkay apparel about the return of the 1 jacket I was told I had to wait to receive the remaining 3 jackets before a refund/return could happen. Then, I asked for tracking numbers for the remaining 3 jackets in which Kenkay apparel has failed to provide. This is my first and last time doing business with Kenkay apparel.

  Im not sure on everyones experience with this company, but I received my item in about 8 days. Seller was very responsive.

  Great customer service. I purchased something for my mom birthday and my order came in 1 week right on time for her big day!

  2 weeks for delivery which I don't mind at all. Order was delivered early but I wasn't there to sign. So actually It wouldve gotten to me 2 days earlier. Product healthy.. Thanks Seller
