  You would think that this store would have a better process of taking payment. This is absolutely the slowest process.

  My heart is so full ❤. I went to visit Kendra Scott store that's conveniently next to St Johns Hospital. It's the last day of my birthday month so while visiting my very ill mother in the hospital, I thought I would go check out the store and treat myself to a necklace & earring set the 1/2 off discount they offer. I was greeted with smile,helpfulness and respect when I entered in and was browsing. When it came time to check out, I was having a nice conversation with Whitney, the store clerk, about why I was here visiting my mom in the hospital. She went to the back and came out slipping something into my sack. She then said there's something for my mom in there to help her heal and recover quickly and she will be praying for her. Not to open it until later. In my car I open the package - its a pink quartz necklace - pink quartz aids in healing. I'm just overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity of this sweet girl and want to thank the staff at Kendra Scott at Utica Square. You made me tear up with your kindness and made my day. I will be a customer for life. Thank you!

  This is the line outside the store. Crazy that people stand in line to buy this jewelry. The ladies working there are nice. Remember that this is costume jewelry.
