  Dr. Ken Kim and his wife are by far the worst dentists I have ever had an experience with. He did some work on my daughter in August and, after that visit, she was left in a lot of pain. When we went to see him as a follow to that visit, he prescribed her with pain killers, saying that we should give it time, and left it at that. The pain was uncomfortable but not unbearable. That continued for a few months, until recently she approached me in extreme pain. I called the office multiple times, but there was not response. I called the emergency number multiple times, until he finally picked up. When he answered, he said he would not rush an appointment for her and we would need to make a regular appointment with one of his secretaries, who, may I add, speak very little English. He then told me he felt uncomfortable treating her and could only recommend a visit to the emergency room. He then proceeded to hang up on me when I begged for help. My daughter is left in extreme pain from work that he did on her and yet, he refuses to help us in anyway. This is so upsetting and frustrating to me, a mother and paying costumer. I do not recommend anyone to use this doctor. He is not accommodating and is simply rude. I would give him no stars, but am required to use one.
