  what people is saying about the company is true. if it was a lie why did more then 15 people quit in the last 2 months??? exactly because the get treated like slaves. asoon as the workers leave the location they worked on they dont get paid. mean wile they spend sometimes up to 3 hours on the yard where they clean and set up for the next day. . they make them use there personal vehicles and dont pay them or give them nothing. they spend 3 hours packing cleaning when they done and they dont get paid for that. they dont pay them the correct money they should. the employers tried to sue but sadly when you have money you can pay lawyers judges and get away with anything. how could they not have so much money. this people slave and work hard and they love to work hard they never complained, but you could only take so much. they have families to feed. Spanish people are hard working and humble, but im glad these men are leaving the company because the company dont appreciate how hard they work. its sad because these men have gotten them millions of money in such little time. jobs that would take people months, no lie they do it in weeks. the company knows. you realize now right? sucks

  ****The people writting negative reviews about this company are all liers, this company has done more for them and their family than any other company they pay their workers good more than the minimum wage or what they do get pay if they worked in a factory. The Kelco company are always there to help the people that work for them no matter what. A other thing the people writting negative reviews about the company are probably family members of the people that are trying to get easy money of a hard working company, this company do a great job at what they do and if they didn't give their workers jobs they wouldn't have any at all. Kelco construction is a great company no company should have doubts about wanting to do business with them because at the end of the job they deliver a job well done. *****

  The law requires fair pay and equal treatment in the workplace for all employees. It’s very sad that this company takes advantage of the workers. They make them work up to 3 hours a day when they are already off the clock. When they are working on the yard setting up for next days’ work they don’t paid for it. Sometimes this can take up to 3 hours. Another thing this company makes a lot of the men do work the union they are in doesn’t have to do and doesn’t pay for, they are supposed to have this men in the correct union but they don’t. They let them slave and don’t compensate them the way they should.

  This company I have to say is one of the worse. They don’t appreciate the hard working people they have in the company. Some people have worked here for over 15 years. What do these employers get in return? Disrespect, they get treated like dogs, and taken advantage of because they are Spanish or because they don’t have the courage to speak up. They have been stealing money from these employers for years. 1000s of dollars, they are unfair and selfish with the employees.
