  My husband went in to get an extraction (bc apparently the dentist last name Morris said he didn’t know how to fix his tooth so had to pull it) 😣 his appointment was at 11:30 am he got there at about 10:45 and waited which was fine and understandable, they finally called him back at 12:30 and when he was in the chair everyone left the room so he went to the bathroom and all of a sudden a nurse starts banging on the door trying to get in there saying he can’t use this restroom because it’s for staff, there was no sign or disclosure saying it’s for the staff so now she’s attempting to get in the locked door yelling at my husband to get out. he went back to the room to tell the dentist what had just occurred he was now saying he had an infection and wanted him on meds first before pulling but that’s not what he just told my husband before?? My husband was annoyed at this point because he’s in major pain then the dentist said to him “well I’m not going to pull it because you have an attitude” like WHAT! He refused my husband treatment because he had an attitude after a nurse practically broke down the door as he was using the restroom. Ridiculous patient care and if I could give them a 0 star I would!!!! This whole entire staff needs to be fired including the dentist they should just close down because that is so unacceptable

  I have been waiting nearly 10 years to write this review. I first went to the Keith Morris Family Dentistry location in Cordova back in 2013. He performed a root canal and I’ve been suffering ever since. The root canal that he and his assistant bragged about completing in a record time was done within 20 minutes tops. A month later an abscess formed at the root of the tooth that would bother me for a decade. After the pocket burst the first time I went to the Raleigh location and he basically did nothing. I was young and didn’t know any better, but I should have sued. Since then I have been to dentists in other states, but no one could figure out what to do. In 2021, I finally saw an emergency endodontist in Flint, Michigan that changed my life. He told me that Dr. Morris had left a file in my mouth and that was the source of the discomfort that I had been experiencing for years. Please stay away from this dental office if possible.

  Welp! I absolutely love Morris! I had two teeth pulled in the same day, no pain at all. I was prescribed pain meds, but didn’t need those either. I’ve never had a problem with this dentist!

  I have never did a review on a company but this was such a bad Dentist I had to write. I had been in pain for two weeks. It got so bad that I left work to find a dentist. I have insurance and I went there for an emergency. The dentist came in and started telling everything I needed done to my teeth to the tune of 2000.00. Then when he was leaving out the room , I asked him what about the pain. Can I get some antibiotic and pain meds? He said he didn't see why I was hurting when his aid just said she saw it. He finally gave me antibiotics but would not give me pain meds. He did nothing for me but I'll bet he billed my insurance. This office is like a cattle call, get them in and out. He said I had 2000.00 worth of damage to my teeth but He could not see why i was in pain. I ended up missing another day at work until the antibiotic kicked in.
