  Horrible customer service experience talking to the owner on the phone. He treated me like I was not worth his time while I was trying to buy his product. Ted is his name and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. What a terrible experience do not give them your buisness.

  I've brought all of my cars here. They always seem to miss a spot of wax. They broke a window on my 1990 Blazer and it was a tough to find the parts. The repair shop they used wasn't great either. Now my window has an air leak and whistles at highway speeds. Not happy.

  The oddest "detail" shop I have been to. I brought my BMW in about 5 years ago, for a pre-sale Stage 2 Detail: · Hand Wash · Clean Door Jams · Clay Bar & Paste Wax · Light Vacuum · Windows Cleaning · Deep Clean Wheels The car looked and felt like it hadn't even been wiped with a cloth, when I returned to pick it up. It was literally dirty all over, including the windows. The paint felt like sandpaper. Walking around the car and pointing out everything I had expected to be taken care of, the salesman searched for excuses but finally conceded, when I asked him if he also thought the windshield was clean. He agreed to take care of everything, if I brought the car back the next day - I did. Picked up the BMW after the second day of detail and it was perfect. I sold the car to the first person that came to look at it. Fast forward to my MINI... A friend who I told I went to Keatley once, gave me a Gift Card for a Stage 2 Detail. I couldn't dare return the gift but, I thought, NO! NEVER AGAIN!. The MINI was new, so I held on to the gift card until now. I dropped off the MINI first thing, and pointed out every detail. Somehow, the same thing happened as with the BMW; I went to pick up the car at the end of the day (because they never notified me it was ready, as they had promised) and it was a complete waste of time. I had to spend nearly 30 minutes going over the bird crap/tree sap on the sunroof and all the surface contaminates, to which the technician kept saying it was over-spray. Windows are the only thing they will take responsibility for, it seems. He wouldn't cop to etching the plastic trim with some solvent or NOT using the "Clay Bar" as advertised, to remove surface contaminates. I had enough of the lies and excuses and just walked away, while he worked on touching it up. Keatley is probably fine for high-end car 'washes', but for detailing, it is not. It's odd that they CAN actually do the work, if you stand over them. But leaving your car there all day is never gonna be enough time it seems to actually do the work they advertise. :(

  These guys do an excellent job... I use their services a few times a month and my car always looks great! I have never seen anyone provide a better machine polish than these guys as well, and highly recommend it if you need to get the shine back.

  I used Keatley Detail for the first time this week. I am from out of state and do not know the owners. I came from out of state to visit my daughter and to have her car detailed while there. Their location was easy to find and convenient for us.They did an excellent job, they truly exceeded our expectations. They found my daughter's camera while detailing the car and returned it to her. I highly recommend them for being thorough, friendly and honest while providing excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!
