  From the moment I sat down in the office to discuss what Kayo boxing was about I felt like family. Mike has a great way of laying things out, explaining his ways, and accommodating your needs as well. Kayo Boxing is not just about burning calories.. It's also about learning the craft of boxing to better your workout. Most people just throw on gloves and punch away thinking they are doing something. With the technique comes efficiency and that leads to better workouts all around. If you have dreams and aspirations of becoming a fighter; this is the place to start. Without a strong foundation the house wont last forever.

  Mike is a pro boxer with a deep understanding of his craft. In addition, the work out is fantastic even if you don’t box or want to get in the ring. Men, women and children can all benefit from Mike’s training.

  Mike is a wonderful coach. You won't find a harder working man who cares more for both his students and his sport. My son got so much from his coaching including, now, the love of boxing.. And as a mother, I saw and appreciated how Mike took the time to make sure his students were safe and well protected..

  Coach Mike is good, honest and tough trainer combined with a family oriented gym. Coach Mike is former Champ providing the right tool in becoming a successful fighter or just reaching your weight loss goals. I've lost 14 lbs on my own but with boxing an additional 20 lbs in 2 months. Thanks, Coach Mike

  Kayo boxing has changed my life. I met Mike Corleone and joined the gym because I loved boxing and thought it was a great way to get in shape! I have stayed for 2 years, lost 30 lbs and made lifelong friends by joining Kayo. It is a GREAT environment to work out, a ton of fun and Mike Corleone is one of the best people you will ever meet. I can't recommend Kay and Mike high enough. If you're on the fence about joining a boxing gym, get off and call Kayo. You will NOT regret it.
