  Robert was amazing !! Helped me out through my entire process. Overall extremely satisfied. My ring repair left me speechless, felt like it was a new ring i purchased !

  Sent my ring out for a polish and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks. Completely forgot that I would be attending a wedding the following weekend and wanted my rings by then. On short notice, Sam was able to expedite it for me and am now able to pick it up the day before the wedding! He was extremely accommodating and so understanding.
