  It was the day before my wedding. The salespeople had been promising for over 2 months that my ring would be available. I called (after several weeks of 'call back next week it will be ready then') and was told the ring was not ready and wouldn't be ready tomorrow either. I asked them for a discount, and they told me, "you can take your money anywhere you want, but we never promised you the ring on time." Except, they had repeatedly. I only very recently purchased anything from a Kay retailer ever again as this particular store has left a bad taste in my mouth for years. I kept silent because every attempt at resolution with the store, even 2-3 years later was met with open hostility at my arrogance of expecting them to keep their promise. Don't make my mistake, save yourselves.

  Great place to come for jewelry for anyone. I came here after to pick up something for my girlfriend. Friendly staff and not pushy at all. Highly recommend this place.
