Because I try to tell and show my wife every day what she means to me and how much I love her. Kay Jewelers has helped me to accomplish this task with their quality merchandise, plus their outstanding customer service provided by Rachael Lee, who has consistently brought add value to their customer service team over the years. She has been a model of excellence providing her exemplary brand of customer service that has helped make my choices continually make my wife feel and look great. Through Rachael's assistance, I have impressed folks to the point where I looked like I knew what I was doing when it comes to buying jewelry.   Cindy is the best associate I have ever worked with at Kay Jewelers. She has the most out going personality and really makes you feel special. If there was ever a problem she has always gone above and beyond to help. Even though the company likes to move her from store to store I always follow. Right now I have a 45 minutes drive to see her but there is no one else I would ever deal with. She is beautiful and brilliant about the knowledge of the merchandise and just about gold and stones in general. I send all my friends to her.

  Bronze and Black! The End... If I was going to simplify everything, that would be it. The bronze shines in the light while the black create a tone that says “yeah, that’s nice!” I will definitely recommend this store to anyone as well as buy my wife second wedding band.
