  more than 5 yrs now since I shopped at Kaufmans..and now they moved. I am just a customer, the only review and that bad. and yet they have never contacted me to see if they could understand my low score. this is typical of businesses that forget that the customer is first if you spend 5 dollars or 5 thousand..it is money coming in...and employees are always money going out. If they continue this way they will go the way of Pear Paints art supply ( note to mention .one or two people that worked there were tops..the dude on the 5th floor)canal street 'OUT OF BUSINESS' moved aside by a company like Dick Blick. People just like me, got sick of their employees that behave as though you( pendejo) are interrupting them from their playtime, and need to kiss their ass to get help.. I need to beg you to take my money?...lol...most folks won't say how annoyed they are and just find a source online...and then say goodbye to Kaufmans like i did.
