::Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I booked my first appointment to lighten my hair 6 weeks ago (hoping to go blonde for my beach wedding in 3 weeks). I was very happy and booked a follow up appointment for this weekend the same day. Today I had a missed call and text message from the salon at 10am asking to confirm my appointment and at 3pm had another text telling me my appointment had been cancelled. I called several times and the lady at the front desk eventually called me back and said my appointment had been cancelled and the spot given to someone else because I never confirmed. I booked 6 weeks in advance but was given 5 hours in the middle of the workday to confirm!! I work in a hospital and can’t always carry my phone. She also told me they had also called me the previous night and left a message (I checked my phone after we hung up and I had no missed calles from them other than today). She offered me two week day appointments, one at 1pm and the other at 3. I told her this was completely unacceptable due to my work schedule and there was a reason I booked my appointment so far in advance. At that time she told me that’s just how it is since they are busy before spring break and that I need to consider THEIR time. I guess they would rather lose customers than wait a day for confirmation.

::Thank you, Erin! I had very long hair. What several people had referred to as mermaid hair. I hated it. I'd gotten in the habit of keeping it in a bun to avoid having to mess with it. It didn't make me happy anymore. Really, it was pointless. I made an appt online, which was super easy. There's the added bonus of not having to speak with a person to schedule for those of us averse to phone calls. When I arrived for my appt, Erin was ready for me, and we got started a bit early. Bonus number two! The whole experience was great. I was a little nervous, but Erin is excellent with balancing the right amount of chat with silence. It really was a wonderful experience, and my new short undercut looks fantastic! I haven't missed the long hair once!

::Been going to Julie since April. I go in sad about my horrible hair and she fixes it right up. She always makes me feel beautiful. Love the happy fun atmosphere.
