  I have asked for changes for the multiple policies I have and a week later, still no changes. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service I have been consistently receiving lately. I was told I leave at 5 today and if I can't get it done I will do it tomorrow. After a week of waiting that is not an appropriate response.

  I got my car insurance and renters insurance from Kat's office and I will be going back in about a month to get my life insurance as well. Give them a call or stop by the office. It's fast and easy to get a quote and save some money.
