  The showroom and staff in Roseville was nice, but nobody answers the phone, or calls back at the warehouse. Also, you can't return the tile unless it's full boxes, even though they don't sell it that way. The warehouse is slow and annoying to pick up tile with the hours it's open. Go to the tile shop if you want prompt easy service.

  If we could give them ZERO I would. Totally received wrong tile and they told us to bad. Would not even come out look at it. I sent pictures to Debra swaney and she wouldn't call me back. Horrible company stay away
