  We had a great stay here! The place was super clean, the beds and pillows are very comfy! Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body soap! Great location walking distance to the lake and all of the city! Amazing views with a balcony to see it all! and the rooftop to see the view was amazing too! Will stay here again when back in Chicago! Thank ya'll for a great stay!

  Incredible place! As soon as we got there, we realized that it was even better than the photos. The living room had full length glass windows with an amazing view of Chicago. The bedrooms had similar views, very comfortable beds (with extra pillows), and nice closet space. The kitchen had all the required amenities and the Keurig was perfect for our morning coffee. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless. The communications from Kasa were prompt and detailed, which made the check-in and check-out a breeze. We LOVED staying here and will absolutely return in the future.

  Walking distance to many restaurants. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with a beautiful view. Very clean and comes with everything you need for your stay. 30 minute car ride to the stadium. Would totally stay again.

  We had a great stay at Kasa's South Loop Chicago property. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, making us feel like we were in a Penthouse suite. There were nice restaurants and easy access to tourists spots. The apartment is well appointed but simple in the decor with comfortable beds. We had everything we needed to live for the week. I particularly appreciated the fully stocked coffee and tea station and the olive oil and salt and pepper. The Kasa staff were extremely prompt and helpful with all our inquiries and check-in and check-out a breeze. We'd definitely return to this property.

  Great stay, loved the building and the ease of check in. Great accessibility with the online concierge throughout our stay but specifically at night when our code stopped working. In two minutes I had a solution and the problem was solved. Beds were comfortable, the patio and building were amazing with nice views. It was extremely clean and cozy and my family feast safe. The coffee k-cups were a nice surprise, and having a parking lot was clutch in Chicago. Only thing we didn’t love is the living room furniture was not comfortable and not easy for all of us to sit on. I would definitely look to upgrade that. Overall great stay and would love to stay there again!
