::I was in Austin for a weekend birthday. My crew was staying at the Downtown Austin Marriott, but was booked. I have to say, I got the better end of the deal! My apartment was awesome. Clean, perfect location, wonderful convenience store down below....I would 100% stay there again. No complaints.

::What a great place to stay in Austin! The location was incredible- close to the convention center and super walkable to all of downtown. Having a separate bedroom and a full kitchen was really great. And having a washer & dryer made our 4 night stay so much better. The process was easy to check in, and the amenities were excellent. We highly recommend!!!

::This was my first time booking an apartment and it won’t be my last. I loved having the space and a little kitchen so I could keep fresh foods on hand for breakfast. I didn’t expect the coffee pod but what a nice addition!

::I had a poor room location my first night and after contacting Kasa they bent over backwards to make it right. They moved me to an upgraded room and offered me a future credit. I was really impressed by the level of service and won’t hesitate to book with Kasa in the future.
