  Great location. Quiet and very clean. It was a quick trip, but perfect for cooking a great meal and having a comfortable place to relax. Bonus it was only minutes away from the National Mall. I would absolutely stay here again.

  Grills are filthy, business center only has one working computer out of 3 computers. Dog hair all in my room when I arrived. Building is not secure, half of the doors don’t work so anybody can get in regardless if they live there or not and If something breaks it’s your fault and they charge you 10 times more than what the item is worth. I included the picture of a 50$ chair they claim I broke and they are charging me 250$ for but there is no way it could be the cleaning crews fault right? After all that spending thousand of dollars with Kasa over the years I’m not allowed back to stay at any of the locations because they claim I broke an item they overcharged me for! The bed slept great and the location is great so no complaints there. Management could be better.

  A great place to stay to take advantage of Del Ray's main street -- the cutest community with lots of walkable restaurants and bars. Lots of fun amenities in the building -- gym with a great view, outdoor firepit area, free Starbucks coffee machine, random events held by the building management -- there were free omelets one morning and a paint and sip for Halloween. The studio was spacious and clean, and they also really include all the amenities within the apartment you'd need, as well. I stayed for 2 weeks and loved it.

  This was absolutely one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. On the two occasions I had to contact Kasa customer service for assistance, they were very helpful. Their online process was very customer service oriented and easy to use.

  What a gem. Only 15 minutes from downtown DC and less than 20 minutes from Ronald Reagan airport. Our condo had a very comfortable bed and it was very clean. Full size fridge, stove and washer and dryer in the unit. Great for business travelers or a couple on vacation. It's in a safe neighborhood. So many amenities: dog park, movie theater room, poker/game room, free Starbucks coffee in the morning, BBQ grills on the patio, etc. This is not a place for partiers or families with children. Quiet hours are observed and respected. Within walking distance to a few convenience stores and restaurants. The security check to book the condo was extensive but worth it.
