  I snapped my rear axle on Thursday night while driving in from MA. Marco from Kartech had a chance to look things over and make some calls Friday afternoon. The van was ready to drive home Saturday evening. Great work, price was lower than I expected. My only "complaint" is that it took them a couple of hours to return my initial call–but since they are super busy fixing a lot of cars, this is not about poor customer service, but rather the opposite: they are helping way more customers than I have seen at other shops of similar size. It's worth the wait.

  Super great service, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and the most important in a mechanic, THEY ARE VERY HONEST ..

  Amazing service and very honest. I got quotes for struts that were higher and not as fast! Franco is wonderful and a real pleasure to deal with. When you are a woman going to garages to fix your car, you of often get taken for a ride! And you end up leaving not knowing anything except that you wrote a big check. Franco was recommended by a very reliable and knowledgeable man I know who sends all his vehicles there. And it was the best recommendation of the year !
