::We were soaked and hungry, and armed with a good report from our friend who visited Karma for dinner and drinks. The owner was very kind, gave us a great table, and took great care of us all evening. Of note: chicken a la tartar appetizer, kale/watermelon salad, roasted eggplant, and a phenomenal dessert that I can’t find on their web menu. The tableside preparation of their variationOf Irish coffee was incredible. This is a stellar dc dining experience that is healthy, fun, and special. We will be back soon!

::Great, high end Indian food! We were very pleased with everything. Waitress was very knowledgeable and able to give recommendations and support staff was very quick to clear dishes. Food was flavorful and plated beautifully. On the pricier side, $20-30 for a plate. Definitely worth a visit though! Get the seasonal watermelon salad!! Absolutely delicious.

::Great food, cocktails and service. Loved the music and ambience. It is amazing that you can’t tell it is an Indian restaurant except for the food. Had an awesome overall experience. Highly recommend this restaurant!! Good addition to DC.

::The service is excellent. You would be hard pressed to find a place with better service. The atmosphere is pretty nice as well. The food is a bit pricey for what you get. Not portion size or anything just uniquest. In Karma's defense I got the Tandoori chicken so that may be part of my own doing. In any event try them out great for date night and clients. Be more adventurous than me and get something besides the Tandoori chicken. It was cooked well but you could get the same dish for half the price elsewhere. Overall my experience was good.
