::Pleaseeeeee read n listen to these reviews before ordering from these frauds ! I never had such bad customer service in my LIFE! I ordered my jacket a few MONTHS ago and still haven't gotten anything. I wish y'all could see my call log to see how many times I called them about it. Got the run around each time. I finally got tired of the BS and had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back. STAY AWAY!

::Poir customer service and empty promises. They're crooks! Placed an order with this company on November 4, 2015 for a leather jacket that was promised to be delivered with 12 days. As of today - January 18, 2016 I have not received my order. I've emailed; left unlimited voicemail messages; sent emails and spoke to Ashley and Tiffany who all promised me call backs in regards to my refund and I have gotten the runaround for over two months. Clearly they're a hoax and a fraudulent company. I will report this as theft to my bank and get my funds back. I wish I could give this business a negative rating - they don't even deserve the one star. Hopefully future buyers will look at all of these reviews and be aware to avoid this boutique at ALL costs! They're crooks!

::Buyers beware. Do not buy from this online boutique. I placed my order on 7/26/15 and just received my item today 8/17/15 when I paid for 3 to 6 day shipping. So I open the item and it's the item but it looks nothing like what I ordered. There is a big split all the way up to the upper torso near the bra strap area of my Sheer Lux Cover Up dress. I have been trying to contact them since the first time I didn't receive my order to no avail so I had to make a claim with the bbb which they complied to and shipped my order but its not what I ordered now I'm ttying to start the process of return so buyers beware and please do not buy anything from this website or you will regret it but I do wish I had viewed the reviews before making my purchase because I would not be in the situation I'm in with this online boutique.

::Never again ordered a pair of shoes about 2 months ago! Never received them called emailed even sent messages through Instagram no response! I wrote a comment on her post because that seems to be the only thing she's on still no shoes or refund!! I am now going through my bank to file fraud because even after I asked for my money back she still hasn't responded or refunded me back my money... It's a shame they have really nice items and I love supporting small businesses.. Makes you think twice about spending your money online!! I hope everyone who had gone through this files with their bank and reports her scheming A$$ and she gets put out of business sorry to say but it's too many people on here having the same exact experiences!!

::The worst retail experience EVER, and such a shame because they have very nice trendy items. I placed an order on Feb 9th 2015 they charged my credit card the same day and at this very moment after countless empty promises and unresponsive and misleading emails I still do not have my package. I live only few neighborhoods away from them, it shouldn’t take 7 weeks and counting to deliver a package. At least apologize and refund my money if you don’t have the items. They seriously need to get their s**t together if they ever want to make it and grow. I have no problem giving my money to individuals/ companies outside of my community if it means I won’t be taken advantage of and treated poorly when all I was trying to do was support my own. Karen’s Closet get it together!!!!
