  Probably the most helpful staff I've ever dealt with in my life. I went there on a Wednesday night knowing I needed a suit by Friday morning, because procrastination sucks. I knew absolutely knowing absolutely nothing about buying a suit, but within 2 minutes, a fantastic salesman named Bob had me fully measured up and was already picking out jackets and pants. I normally do a lot of research before i buy pretty much anything, but this was one exception, so I let the expert do the driving. We had my suit picked out in ~15 minutes, and to my surprise, they were able to tailor the jacket and pants before Friday! I couldn't have been there for more than a half hour, and Bob had helped me pick out every single thing i needed, including a dress shirt, ties and a nice custom cut belt. I finished up with a nice conversation with Bob and Bert, the manager. Great guys. The suit was all ready to go by THURSDAY NIGHT! When i went to pick it up, I had to exchange the dress shirt as it was a bit too big. They ended up not carrying my size, which is understandable, seeing as I have freakishly long arms and a weird shaped torso. However, the salesman at the time (cant remember his name, sorry) wrote down the size i needed, and told me which non-karako stores would carry it. Again, couldn't have been more helpful My whole getup ended up looking awesome, and the event went great. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending this location, and of course will be returning for any future formal wear.

  Great value. Bob was very helpful and put us at ease right away. He offered advice without us feeling pushed or pressured.
