::Horrible company. When I tried to place online order directly on their site, the site gave me order error and I had to retry. As a result, double charge of over $400 was deducted from my account balance for several day. Company deinied this documented fact and refused to resolve this by email. In retaliation, hey also had cancelled my actual order that went through and tried to harass me. I'd never buy any prodcuts by this awful company.
