There is no pressure towards any solution and she always acts in your best interests. Ms Kaminetzky and her associates get back to you with respect to any queries you have made in a timely manner and they do not make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. As a respondent to court processes, failure to reply may prejudice your rights. Sometimes this means that payment can be tricky, but she has been accommodating in coming up with a mutually satisfactory arrangement for payment when tight court deadlines do not provide sufficient time to organize one’s finances in order to fund litigation in an ideal manner. Further, Ms Kaminetzky will prevent you from expending funds unnecessarily by refusing to take a case which will get a bad (or no) result, rather than accepting it in order to rack up fees. Of course this would be in line with her professional obligations, but I thought it worth mentioning as too often we see instances where attorneys pay lip service to their fiduciary duties but failing to accompany their words with the appropriate actions. Ms Kaminetzky and her associates are examples of not only talking the talk, but walking the walk.
