  Normally love Kalachandji's. Food was a bit off this visit, though. Someone new in the kitchen, perhaps. And I much prefer the gentle and attentive waitstaff from the Krishna community. There is a new dude who is more interested in gabbing with guests, particularly women, than in tending to all customers. He does not dress or act like a member of the temple. We only saw him when it was time for him to bring a check. Quite a change from our usual lovely experience. Hopefully this is a blip.

  Delicious vegan/vegetarian food, beautiful ambiance (outside courtyard is awesome) and awesome servers! They serve the kind of food which if you put inside of you, you feel good from inside!!! Really healthy, delicious and fulfilling.. Personally I can't take that much of healthy, so I would recommend once a month visit.. :) :P

  Delicious food! The restaurant is inside the temple and is buffet only. Tables in the courtyard are beautiful. The buffet consists of Indian good as well as a salad bar. The salad bar had several dressing which all looked home made. they will bring desserts out for you after you have finished the buffet. There were three desserts included with the buffet and several others which are extra cost. The picture below are the three desserts included in the buffet.

  I loved this place. I am vegan and took two non-vegan friends here and they enjoyed it, as well. The food is very healthy and it is "all you can eat" for one price. The location itself is inside a temple in Dallas and I believe it is the people who go there that do all of the cooking and serving. They were extremely nice. The food is amazing. The buffet line isn't huge like chain restaurants, but there were plenty of options to leave very happy with after eating. The seating is great, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Outdoors, there is a courtyard in the middle of the building with a beautiful tree in the center, growing out of the building. I would definitely recommend this location.

  Every bit as good as it was 30 some odd years ago. This place is a treasure. Everything is done with full consciousness and alertness and devotion to God. Let this place into your heart enjoy the food it is a magnificent experience. It’s much more than your service to you, however as one who has had Indian food from all parts of the world this is one of the best. I love Kalachandji‘s and every time I’m in Dallas I make it A priority to visit. Absolutely transcendental in every way!
