::It’s a great Company. What I like about the Kaiser Family is I always feel I’m not just a patient. I think I’m a family member of this health organization. They are amicable people who always help you get the best results possible. The pharmacy at Bellevue is organized, and I like them so much. Of course Kaiser has some problems at the urgent care unit, but they are totally good organization.

::We got there and checked in at about 5:15 pm and didn't get done till 10:30 pm. We saw the doctor and pre-check-ups maybe for 35 minute of that 5 hours time. Our wait time was at least 4 and half hours. Is there a way to text people in advance to when they come back at a reasonable time? My child and I sat there for almost 4.5 hours not knowing exactly when we would be seen. I think text updates to urgent care patients would be helpful to not waste so much of their time.

::The physician took time to connect with me. She was not rushed. She gave excellent real life examples. She won my confidence and trust. I loved her energy. I was not just another patient, it was personal care. She listened and heard me and addressed my concerns. She was stellar!!!

::Kaiser Bellevue deserves very high marks for its systems and most important, its excellent staff. I have experienced urgent care to oncology to routine healthcare and optometry. The level of care and personal care of the providers is top tier. Due to size of operation, the systems do not permit patient or doctor to dictate their choice in all cases. The benefit of size is the great facilities and tech provided. Today we had our Pfizer Covid booster. The huge demand for Covid and flu shots overwhelmed the available staff and led to an extra 20 minutes in queue to get our shot. The RN who administered my jab was extremely nice and I appreciated her gentle touch. Note: I have been a member of Group Health merged into Kaiser since 1956.

::Due to covid19 Its quite and empty. Beautiful campus and of course temp check while entering please wear a facial mask to protect 🙏 the workers and people that are around you. this KP campus is very home like.
