  Although you do need to wait a while to be seen, it's totally worth it because Dr. Kaim is very thorough and listens to your needs. He is very caring and treats everyone with dignity. He was very good about getting all my tests done quickly so that we could have accurate diagnosis for a comprehensive treatment plan for my health needs. I highly recommend Dr. Kaim to everyone that needs a Neurologist.

  If you're scheduled for a specific time expect to wait an additional 2 hours. Scheduling is ridiculous.Waited around for 2 seperate referrals to get approved by tricare that i can only guess never even got submitted by this office. Was told I needed a second opinion and to be quite frank I'm glad I did. Dumped by this neuro has been the best thing that's happened for me since moving to this city. If you're military and get refered here don't waste your time. The neuro team at WBAMC is excellent!

  Wait time is upwards three hours every time we have been here. Scheduling is a nightmare. This amount of wasting patients time is disrespectful. Glad we no longer will be dealing with this office.
