  I am a freelancer. I brought my laptop with me. This space is small, but I was lucky to get there when no one else was sitting in one of the three stools. I discovered this place on a list of black-owned cafes in Brooklyn that I found online. I had two veggie patties. I've never had Haitian food, so this was a treat! The coffee was good too. They brought the food and coffee over to me, and I closed out my tab before I left. I will definitely return.Only downside, there is no bathroom.

  The best thing about this place is the decor, the patties are greasy and rarely in stock. It’s a valid attempt at a cute Haitian spot. But I’m honestly not impressed and the Haitian Hot Chocolate is subpar

  Listen. Get the patties!! The space is small, with just three stools inside, and some nice benches to sit on outside. The staff are super friendly and they have some nice books, jewelry, and other things about/from Haiti on the shelf, some for sale, some not. The food, pastries, quiches are all delicious, but you MUST try the patties... they come in beef, chicken, veggie, cod fish, and mackerel, and they SELL OUT daily. I went in one afternoon and the guy in front of me had just ordered literally ALL of the last patties they had... like 6 of them. I was heartbroken. Don't be heartbroken. Go and get some patties... and a coffee or tea.... and maybe a slice of that Barbancourt rum cake I JUST had today... mmmmmmm.

  Great service. Down home and delicious Haitain fare. Never disappoints for a quick bite or beverage

  The patties are delicious, especially with the hot sauce they have there. Great combination of flavors. Service is super friendly and they are happy to explain what things are to you. If you only get one thing here, it should be the coconut cake. It is pretty much the perfect combination of moist and fluffy with a well balance taste of coconut and lemon. Absolutely delicious.
