  I have been coming to meditate and attend classes for many years. The Center is filled with kind and caring people and everyone is welcome. The teachings have been life changing. The Center is an oasis of peace in a turbulent world.

  This is an amazing place for new meditators and old. The variety of teachings available is beyond helpful to all people seeking peace in this less than peaceful world. There are general classes, study programs for advanced learning, day courses and even a meditation class for kids. It’s the most comprehensive and accessible meditation center that I have found in all of Denver.

  As a former dabbler in a large variety of mindfulness teachings and meditation styles, I am happy to have found a home at KMC. The teachings are very pure and really do work to bring more peace and compassion into you life. The community consists of kind and normal, everyday people. We take our 2 year old to many of the classes and events and they are very accommodating for families.
