  By far one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor and/or a Clinic. Broke my hand and was looking for a place that accepted VA insurance. A quick chat with their online care and I was set up for an appointment 15 minutes later. Upon arrival I was seen by DR. Jon van Ravenswaay and had xrays taken and viewed in a very timely manner. I was in and out in no time. The following week I called for a copy of x-rays and I was able to speak to the doc himself (never happens). He was able to get me a referral for further imaging and an appointment with a specialist all in the same day. Not to mention they cut through all the red tape and frustrating authorizations that the VA needs for me which he definitely did not NEED to do but wanted to. After all that DR. Ravenswaay even made time to call me at the end of his clinics hours to make sure I was able to get the care I needed from the two other facilities. If I so much have a scratch or sneeze this is where i want to be.
