  My first time here and I had a great experience. I’m in love with how Henry did my nails! Friendly staff, clean facility, simply lovely.

  Was going there for 10 years today was the worst o could not understand the girl who was doing my pedi and the girl who did my nails put the wrong color even after I showed her the color and then hit me with a crazy Noll last yome

  Don't speak English, hard to communicate with staff except when paying. When I went to get a manicure/pedicure the other day they raised the price from $23 to $28 and when I asked when it went up I got an answer "just today". No sign with prices. No credentials of staff. My nails are never filed smooth and chip after 2 days - an obvious gimmick. They have the plastic liners in the foot bath but do not change them from customer to customer. Grooossss!!!! There are so many nail salons in Massapequa that are cleaner, offer a more professional result and charge lower prices ----- why would I want to go here????

  Kevin is the man. This is a very successful business for good reasons but like all businesses, it has its pros and cons. Luckily, the pros far outweigh the coins. I have been frequenting K&Q for about 10 years and seen it grow leaps and bounds in ambiance and quality of the decor but the work and prices have always been amazing. Being a long time patron I know what to expect-- don't show up without an appointment, and even if you have one, assume to wait about 10-30 minutes. This is the norm, but I promise it is worth the wait and the prices are amazingly reasonable for the area. This is long island, there is a nail salon on every corner, but with K&Q you will receive top shelf service, newest product and friendly service. If you are looking for frills like a free massage, this is not the place, they are very busy. For this, they also do not try to pressure you into fancier pedicures or extra services like waxing as I have experienced elsewhere. What you get here is an owner who stands by his work and loves his business and customers, and beautiful nails that last. I reiterate: Kevin is the man.
