  The staff is very attentive. The massages one gets after a pedicure, manicure, although short, are great.

  I went in on lunch break for eye lash tint (it ok btw- still will need mascara) and pedi, i said i have na hour, they were trying to convince me to get a mani too, i said no, that was pushing it! made me late to work, and I got a parking ticket put in quarters for an hour, not bad service just pissed me off. Wish they would try to communicate better what thier clients need, also gave me a brow wax when i asked for briw tint along with the lash tint. One star for customer service! Sorry

  Favorite salon. Been going there for a couple years. Freddy is the best! They're fast and professional. I often go on my lunch break for a wash and blow and I'm done in 30 mins. It's also nice to get a quick 10 min massage in the nail salon after my hair is done. =)

  I'm pretty new to this salon, so I've only been to it about 3 times- that being said, I've had positive experiences all those previous times. I thought this time would be no different but nope- my hair was absolutely ruined. The hairdresser that I usually see wasn't there so another one stepped in, and he didn't seem like he knew or particularly cared about what he was doing. His tools were misplaced and he didn't use the right ones as a result. I wanted to get a slight undercut, and he shaved the sides of my head to near completely bald! I feel so humiliated and horrible, and there is absolutely no way to fix this except to wait for it to grow out. Needless to say, I'm never going to this salon again.
